Return & Cancellation Policy

Returns and Exchanges:
We hope you love every purchase, but if you ever need to return an item, Velora Eton accepts returns and exchanges within 30 days of receipt.

How to start a Return:

  1. Register Your Return
    Simply email us at support@velora-eton.com to register your return. Our customer service will send you a return confirmation within 24 to 48 hours.

  2. Prepare Your Return
    Pack the product you wish to return securely, in its original packaging. Please note that we are unable to cover the cost of return shipping.

  3. Send Us Your Package
    Send the package (with tracking) to the return address provided to you via our email contact. 

    Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We highly recommend using a tracked shipping method to avoid any loss during transit.

  4. Restocking Fees
    We do not charge any restocking fees for returned products.
  5. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as we cannot take responsibility for lost return shipments and the return label will be customer responsibility.

In your email, please include:

  • Your order number
  • Reason for return
  • Photos of any damages or defects

At Velora Eton, we only accept returns for clothing in new condition. This means the item must be:

  • Unused
  • Unwashed
  • Free from any damage or stains
  • With all original tags and packaging intact
  • Unopened and in its original packaging

Items that do not meet these criteria cannot be accepted for return.

    Refund processing:

    • Refunds are processed within 7 days from the date your returned item is received and inspected by our team.
    • Once approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time for the refund to appear in your account.


    Return Label & Shipping Costs:
    At Velora Eton, the cost of return shipping is the customer's responsibility. We do not provide pre-paid return labels. Customers are required to arrange and pay for their own return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the safe delivery of your return.

    Order cancellation:
    You need to cancel your order? No problem, just be sure to contact us before your order is shipped out. Reach out to support@velora-eton.com and we will help you.

    Defective/wrong product:
    For defective or wrong products, we always send a replacement free of charge. If the issue persists upon the second delivery, we will provide a full refund. Please contact us at support@velora-eton.com in such cases.
